How many hypnosis sessions will I need?
The honest answer is: it depends.
Some clients experience meaningful shifts after just one or two sessions. Others choose to continue because they discover there is more they want to explore. Hypnosis can help create change, but it can also open the door to a deeper understanding of yourself, your patterns, your beliefs, and the stories you’ve carried throughout your life.
There is no standard timeline because no two people arrive with the same goals, experiences, or intentions. For some, our work is focused on a specific challenge. For others, it becomes an ongoing practice of growth, self-awareness, and personal transformation.
Lasting change rarely comes from a single moment of insight. More often, it unfolds through exploration, practice, and integration over time. It’s my hope that That’s the packages I offer provide space for the process to develop naturally, while still honoring unique needs and goals.
Can everyone be hypnotized? What if I can’t be hypnotized?
Most people can be hypnotized, though it doesn’t always look or feel the way it’s often portrayed.
Because hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention, it’s something we experience every day. Think of being absorbed in a book, a conversation, or your own thoughts. Because of this, most people are able to access it in some form.
That said, experiences vary. For some, it feels like deep relaxation; for others, it’s more like focused awareness or subtle internal shifts. It’s less about the “right” way to feel, and more about how easily someone relaxes into the process.
My role is to guide you into an experience that feels safe, natural, and aligned with how your mind works. Once in the hypnotic state, people are often surprised by how familiar it feels.
Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
No
What if I have a very busy mind?
Hypnosis is not about stopping thoughts, but about shifting your attention and your relationship to thoughts. Many people who consider themselves chronic overthinkers still access the hypnotic state easily.
There is nothing to “get right.” You simply show up as you are, and the process meets you there.
